Water Coolers

Water Delivery for Home or Commercial

Lindsay EcoWater offers Several no-spill water cooler models for rent or purchase.

The Hot and Cold Model – two-faucet cooler supplying cold and hot water. The hot water faucet provides water at 180 degrees, for soup, tea, instant coffee and hot chocolate.

The Cold and Room Temperature Model – two-faucet cooler supplying cold and room temperature water. This cooler is great for refreshing cold drinking water and water for cooking.

Our commercial grade water coolers are made of polycarbonate and designed for easy cleanup. They are lightweight and can be moved to different locations. Replacement parts are kept on hand for most models. Water can be purchased in 5 gallon or 3 gallon bottles. Lindsay EcoWater is purified by a state-of-the-art multi-stage process including reverse osmosis filtration comparable to the largest national bottle water suppliers.

Real Estate Water Testing

The Domestic Well Testing Act (ORS 448.271) applies to the sale or exchange of real estate with a domestic well. A domestic well is used for purposes like drinking, cooking, washing, or bathing. During the real estate transaction (RET), the seller must test the well’s water quality and share the results and the RET form to comply with the Domestic Well Testing Act. Properties with spring wells, irrigation only wells, or well located on undeveloped land are exempt from these rules.

We facilitate the collection of water and third party lab testing for real estate transactions. We act as a disinterested party to get the accurate results buyers can trust.

Chemicals migrate into water from old pipes, industry, agriculture, and other sources. Many have no taste, color, or smell. Authorities test at some facilities but they don’t know what’s coming out of your tap.
